Project: Amy Bould Be Bold PR

Michaela Hardwick is a rarity – a business professional who uses her excellent skills and depth of experience to build vital links between education, communities and the commercial world. I’ve been lucky enough to be invited to be part of a Beyond Brilliance CIC project, which I found inspiring and motivating. The work done by Michaela and her fellow directors to help give young people not only confidence in their own abilities, but also the self-belief to go out into the wider business world is impressive. Half of the battle when dealing with young people is being able to communicate with them. Michaela has the innate ability to relate on all levels, from reaching out to a group of youngsters to dealing with the chief executives of major organisations. I loved working with her and Beyond Brilliance, and hope to do so again in the future.
