How do we do it…..

As experienced coaches and trainers, we never do things the same way twice (unless they work really well!) We use a variety of tools and methods suited to each client, which we work out with you first. Our methods are always about engagement in a fun way as we’ve discovered that everyone learns better this way. We usually mix things up and vary between coaching, workshops, training and facilitation.

 

 

We can only do it with you!  With every project we follow our 5 simple steps:

1. We recognise that every person, business and community is unique so we take the time to get to know you and your needs

2. We ask questions to get to the heart of your issues

3. We listen to you

4. Only then do we design the perfect delivery to match your needs…and beyond.

If you want some examples of how we can work:

  • Group workshops, using fun activities to improve confidence, assertiveness, self motivation and business skills.
  • Facilitating meetings and discussions between groups in the community and/or providers of public services to generate some real solutions to real problems.
  • Providing practical strategies and action plans to help community groups move their ideas forward and getting them in front of the right people.
  • Connecting like minded people to help them turn their ideas into reality by improving motivation and confidence levels allowing them to reach their goals through recognising their strengths.
